Can Maim really only be applied by Attacks?
Is this page correct to say that Maim is applied by attacks, and hinder by spells?
The Assassin keystone "Noxious Strike" says "20% chance to Maim on Hit against Poisoned enemies" (2.2) going up to "50% chance to Maim on Hit against Poisoned enemies". A spell can Hit, not only an attack. If the above was correct, surely Toxic Delivery should say "20% chance to Maim on Hit with Attacks against Poisoned enemies"? Or is the Noxious Strike description incorrect? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Potenzo (talk • contribs) 11:46, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
