The base radius currently says 12, though reave has been changed from 12 to 14 in 1.2.0. I would assume the same applies to vaal reave, but I am not sure and there's no reliable way to test this afaik. That would mean the maximum aoe (and it's certainly true for reave with 8 stacks up) would amount to 48. Just wanted to leave this here in case anyone reading this was wondering.
