This page is about the Ascendancy passive skill. For the prophecy, see Blood in the Eyes (prophecy).
Blood in the Eyes is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Gladiator. It grants additional chance to apply bleeding on hit with attacks, causes your attacks to maim and a chance to blind against bleeding enemies, and causes enemies you've maimed to take increased physical damage.
