Is this page correct to say that Maim is applied by attacks, and hinder by spells?
The Assassin keystone "Toxic Delivery" says "20% chance to Maim on Hit against Poisoned enemies" (2.2) going up to "50% chance to Maim on Hit against Poisoned enemies". A spell can Hit, not only an attack. If the above was correct, surely Toxic Delivery should say "20% chance to Maim on Hit with Attacks against Poisoned enemies"? Or is the Toxic Delivery description incorrect?
