The Basilisk is a unique Chimeral located in The Boiling Lake in Act 9.

- Flamethrower
- Stone Gaze: a channelling skill that if the player has enough stack of Stone Gaze debuff, it became a Petrified debuff.

- Drops Basilisk AcidBasilisk AcidNobility once thought to capture the Basilisks and keep them as exotic pets.
