Blink Arrow is an attack that fires an arrow, upon reaching the destination you are teleported there and a clone is summoned at your previous location. The clone is a minion that uses your bow and quiver.
Skill functions and interactions
The skill happens in four stages:
- The player fires an arrow into the air. This is a regular attack animation and can get slowed or interrupted by monsters.
- A delay of about 0.3 seconds, during which the player is free to act normally. They can move or use another skill. They can continue to take damage at their current position[1].
- The player teleports. This is an instantaneous change in position.
- A clone is spawned at the player's previous location and the arrow lands. The arrow doesn't start falling until after the player has teleported; this is purely a visual effect.
The length of the first stage is affected by anything that affects regular attacks - weapon base speed, attack speed modifiers etc. The length of the second stage is affected both by bonuses to projectile speed and by global bonuses to attack speed, but not by the weapon's base speed[2][3].
